| Report: | The Chili challenge comes to an end, we've had spills, thrills and bellyaches, disappointment, heartache, high, lows and everything in between, and that's just their #2. This team loves their food, although judging by some of the squash on display perhaps they should spend more time on court, and less stirring a crok pot! So, the last supper. A little underwhelming, could have done with some spicy Hungarian sausage, although Pete was unavailable to assist. Vegan butter rice was a nice nod to the woke brigade, although it was rather slippery, and not as light or fluffy as the Waitrose bag variety, on a plus, more mince than a "pride" rally, and overall a good base for a Cottage Pie. Yummy. |
